  • Advising the National Disability Insurance Agency on scheme significant statutory construction and administrative law issues impacting tens of billions of dollars in annual expenditure
  • Acting for News Corp and Annika Smethurst in their successful High Court judicial review challenge to warrants executed by the Australian Federal Police – this made international news and is now the leading High Court decision on search warrants
  • Acting for the NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption in its successful defence of corruption findings made against former NSW Minister Eddie Obeid – a “bet the agency” case for the ICAC.
